This company lies to you and disregards their own contract/guaranteed delivery dates - use caution if you have a tight timeline (like a full week). We contacted them to hold them accountable to the delivery date, as we had no information from them on what time they were to arrive. In doing so we found out they were not arriving on the guaranteed delivery date, but two days later. Dale and Bobby provided a guaranteed delivery date, onsite and through the entire contracting process, when we were working on the front end of the move. We even pushed up our move out date to another state, by a full week, to get our items to us in another state by the guaranteed date, regardless they were still two days late to arrive to return our items to us. When we called, we spoke with Jon, the sales manager, who apparently runs the company, as he himself stated you can't speak to his manager as he is the CEO of the company and there is no one above him. This makes zero sense that the sales manager is handling logistics and leading the company without a boss above him but the CEO, but regardless, he was nothing but unhelpful, disrespectful, and condescending - especially towards me (a woman) when I called after he spoke to only my husband prior to our interaction. He was arrogant and rude from call one, didn't care that his team was late at all and withholding our belongings by not unloading or starting the process of unloading while my husband was getting the check for them. Really Great Job
I moved from Oakland (Fruitvale) to San Ramon (Crow Canyon), yesterday (4.7.21). I moved from a 1650 sf house to a 3 br apartment upstairs (17 steps). I was amazed with how well Ivan and his crew did. I had done a good job with 60 boxes, but they also had to deal with a 1973 pinball game, 2 bedrooms, bikes, and 3 large wall hangings and 4 lamps which weren't wrapped. They were very fair in the pricing for the extra boxing/packaging. They worked straight through were extremely friendly, took a lot of precautions to keep from damaging or scuffing floors and walls. I was given an 8-10 am arrival time, and they called at 8am sharp. It was a great move experience and they helped immensely in taking that additional stress off when I really didn't need it. The pricing was right in line with the quote, including the additional packaging. Great job.

The Upline crew was amazing. They were on time, followed all Covid protocols, professional and kind. They finished the job and took time and care with my furniture. Can I just say Upline Moving Company is the most fastest, generous, and well trained moving company! I had moved from Hayward, California to Dallas, Texas and they made my move very easy with no stress at all. All my furniture was well wrapped and protected, the workers were very diligent and considering. Highly recommend this company for any long distance and/or local moves!
